Avocado Ranch BLT

As healthy as bacon can get....in a sangwich with fresh veggies!!!



Recipe:
Two slices multigrain bread
3 strips bacon (you can use turkey bacon if you don't eat pork)
3-4 tomato slices, preferably beefsteak tomatoes
Half an avocado
Red leaf lettuce
1 t. Ranch
Butter
Garlic powder
Assemble all ingredients except butter and garlic onto the sandwich. If you're anal retentive like me, they go on in a specific order: bread, ranch, lettuce, tomato, bacon, avocado, bread.
Not horribly important, style it however way suits your own palate.
Now butter one side of the bread and sprinkle some garlic on it. Grill on flat top two to three minutes (or twelve if your stove is as awesome as mine), butter and garlic the remaining side, toast up and ENJOY!
