Earring Holder

So, a lot of days I find myself sitting with my crochet hook and yarn going "hmmmmm, what should I make?"

I'm hoping that is a fairly common problem among hookers. Hehe hookers.

I am not sure what the intended project was when I started this, but what came out was a earring holder. I basically fishnet crocheted a 15 by 15 square and attached it to cork board with thumb tacks.

This is very idea for big hoop earrings, but holding stud earrings can work in here too as long as you are careful (that is what the cork board is for!)

I suppose you could put necklaces in here too.... just join them through the yarn spaces.
